"Extremely convenient location and smart space configuration in room for long trip. Kitchen was well stocked, bathroom spacious with enough counter space (under window). Room well-laid out. Elevators slow in busy times, and stairs a bit dangerous - very narrow treads at spots. Photo makes lobby look much larger and more opulent than it is. Friendly, helpful staff. Laundry facilities available (but only late at night - they say after 8 but really after 9 or 9:30 because used by housekeeping). "

"1) The room on 45th floor was really nice and clean. The views were pretty good as well, although i got turned around up there & did not know what direction we faced:( 2)We wished the hotel itself had more options for food like sandwiches and soups-like actual coffee shop. Especially when we had to wait for over an hour to check in after a long trip from airport. The concierge was terrific very helpful! Overall, it was excellent stay!"
