The room was ver nice, for a night or two. Bed was very comfortable. A Longer stay the room might be a bit small. And, elevators are slow. Was on the 16th floor ... waited 10 minutes for elevator.
It was pleasant and all factors. However, I was expecting a much better breakfast because it is a Hilton. Dinning room too crowed at breakfast time.
The night we where there, a car run into 20+ people and the police closed all accesses to the square, including 43rd Street. The hotel staff made every effort to accommodate the guess and to make life as easy as possible. We where very well impressed.
Excellent staff. Great location. Very clean. My only complaint is there weren't room darkening curtains so as soon as the sun came up before 6am the room was so bright. But I didn't plan to sleep in much later than that so we could be out sight seeing but keeping it dark would've been a huge ...
