The room was modern but even though I paid for time square view, it was just a view of odd buildings. The elevators were SO slow and the stairs have no access to the other floors even though there are signs saying there is access, there is not. Other than that, stay was ok.

RIU is a convenient place in Times Square, the lobby is clean and tidy, with a strong sense of design, and the staff are very friendly. Because we moved from another hotel, we called to ask about the check in, the operator was very enthusiastic and said It doesn't matter, you can come over now. If room ready you can check in immediately. If the room not, just leave your luggage in our storage center without delaying your other itineraries. The room facilities are very new and clean, the design fully considers the utilization of space, and the 3 nights we stayed in RIU were very pleasant.
