Norma at the front desk was excellent in helping me combine two separate reservations and finding a nice room. Love passing the word on regarding excellent service from staff because it's becoming so rare these days!
Perfect spot. The restaurant next door has a rooftop restaurant, delicious. Across the street is the giant Brooklyn food court, amazingly yummy and fun. Paying a little extra for the room with the balcony is totally worth it. Comes with breakfast and happy hour snacks in the lounge, nothing major ...
We stayed her for 7 nights from June 8th. We had mixed feelings in what to expect due to quite a few negative comments regarding staff. Don’t read the negatives comments, every member of staff we got to meet was so friendly, very welcoming and could not do anymore for us. The hotel is situated approx ...
The service was great and so is the location. Majority of the places we wanted to go (Brooklyn bridge, Statue of Liberty and 9/11 memorial) was just right in the corner. They offer deals for staying at there hotel and the price itself wasn’t bad considering their stellar location and services. I ...
Enjoyed our stay especially as the Waldorf Astoria is closing
I had a two-day stop over in NYC to visit my son, and the Hudson was the perfect home base. My room was clean and comfortable - just the right amount of amenities. The common areas are terrific. Lots of nooks and crannies for enjoying a beverage and conversation. Lovely stay.
It's a great place. The fragrance when you walk in just sets the mood. No clue how they did that but well done hotel staff. My room had a weird smell and I think it was just musty but I opened the window and it was gone in no time. I would gladly stay here again. It was far nicer than I thought it ...
Great hotel, right near theatres but on a quiet street away from Times Square. Lovely continental breakfast too!

Staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, views from the rooftop terrace stunning and the restaurant ...
