Beautiful boutique hotel. Perfect location. The staff was wonderful and we felt like we got to know them during our three nights day because they were always there at the front desk ready to help. The room was spacious and beautiful. Excellent day would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location!!! The elevators and our room were very small but when you’re spending most of your day in the city it works just fine. The attached restaurant was fantastic and we loved that they offered water, tea and coffee all day.

Such a beautiful space, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. My husband asked for help with finding a coffee shop next door and they walked him out and helped him find the building! Their rooftop view is also to die for, and open 24/7 for guests (even when the rooftop bar is closed). Definitely worth the price tag, will try to return whenever we are in NYC because we were so happy with our stay.

This was such a gem of a find. The Kixby punched above its weight for the price point. Awesome location, spacious rooms, quiet considering location, staff was super friendly and helpful, stored our bags after check-out until it was time to go to the airport, super communicative via text and chat before and during stay. 10 stars. Will definitely be staying here next time I go to New York.

We checked into the Kixby and enjoyed our stay. The location in midtown is very convenient. The room and bathroom were very clean but did show some wear. It was comfortable and quiet and the staff were very attentive

All I look for in a room in NYC is safe and clean since I’m only in my room to sleep and shower. Kixby met both of my requirements. It is a bit small but most NYC rooms are so it didn’t bother me- two of us stayed in the room and we had plenty of space.
