"Room was clean and comfortable! Staff was super nice. Walls were paper thin, but I was able to turn the fan on all night to drown out the noise from down the hall and outside so it wasn't an issue. Location was amazing! I would absolutely stay again!"

"Great location — very convenient, close to everything, and walkable. However, the hotel itself was disappointing. The elevators had long wait times and were often inaccurate. The service, especially at the gift shop, was a terrible experience. The only exception was the gentleman at Starbucks, who was genuinely kind and attentive. Cleanliness was also below expectations, dust was visible throughout the room. For the price and reputation, I would think twice before booking again."

"In general, the hotel had what I needed. Beds that were comfortable and a bathroom. I chose this hotel on a budget and I think I got what I paid for. The bathroom is small and there are fewer amenities than many other American hotels (i.e. no coffee maker or microwave). The bar inside didn’t seem to be open for the stated hours but there is a nice bar next door (technically in the same building). We arrived later than expected and they gave away our room but had another room with twin beds to put us up in for the night and did give us a discount due to that. The bathroom was not stocked with enough towels for four people and the request for another towel wasn’t fulfilled until the following morning when housekeeping came through at 9am. The hotel is in a nice location close to Times Square but on a side street and not directly in the hustle and bustle but still walking distance. "

"Great location, beautiful furnishings, however the and function not really there. The room was not stocked with water or mini bar. And the room itself seemed to be missing an eating table and chair. The staff was awesome - food from room service 10/10 ! But we think they are upgrading the hardware? And the 2nd floor men’s bathroom needed some structural attention. We loved the last minute stay for the price, after our flight back to LA was cancelled."
