"This hotel was purchased out of chapter 11 bankruptcy in February 2026 and it looks like it. Mold was present in our shower and floorboards and the headboard was worn. On the plus side, found staff to be nice and accommodating, walkable SoHo location and there is a generous noon checkout time.
