"Good area, easy to access Times Square. Kinda dirty. And a little confusing check in process. Could not turn down $150 amenity fee. Was refunded when I didn’t use it but couldn’t turn it down in the first place."

"Convenient location to Port Authority, Penn Station, & LIRR. AND walkable to Whitney, MOMA, Basquiat, etc. I also liked there was personnel who checked for Hotel access before you could enter Elevator area."
"The staff were very nice. The room was small but nice with exception to the heater/air conditioner and the room pillows. The heater/air conditioner was too noisy and made it difficult to sleep. No way to turn them off. The pillows were tooo soft that I woke up with a stiff neck. Also didn’t like ..."
"The staff is incredibly professional, efficient and ready to help with whatever you might need. It is, perhaps, the most convenient hotel if you are planning on spending a lot of time at theaters or if you need to get around town by bus or subway. The restaurants nearby (within 3-4 blocks of the hotel) are fabulous, with great food, service and prices. Bryant Park is practically at your doorstep, as is Times Square, and no theater is more than a10 blocks away, with most between 3 and 8 blocks away. I have stayed at over 20 hotels in Times Square, and the Millenium is the one I always go back to."
