New York Beach Holidays

This property is in a good location to Times Square. 5-minute walk to Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, St Patrick' Cathedral are very close. The property is undergoing renovations and this is not disclosed on the booking site. The entrance on 44th street is closed so you have to walk to the 45th street entrance. This should be shared with guests ahead of check in. It impacted my transfers to & from the airport. Bed was very comfortable. I was on the 32nd floor and Times Square is extremely loud until the wee hours of the morning. (car horns, sirens, people screaming, & music). The room I had did not have a coffee maker, refrigerator or microwave. I consider these amenities that should be included with every room. You also get hit with a $400 deposit/hold on your credit card at check in, be prepared. It does come off after you check out.

I had a great time here, despite looking old on the outside, the rooms were clean and modern. It’s in the perfect location by Times Square and everything was excellent. I’ll for sure be back!

Clean and nice hotel. Close to a subway stop for easy navigating around the city. The staff was accommodating and helpful. Luggage drop a big plus! The rooftop restaurant was a favorite part of our stay!

This Hotel was amazing from the friendly staff to the Super Comfy Bed that put me into a deep sleep and lounging vibe. I will definitely stay again.

Room #1 was not great. There was not great communication regarding checking in at the desk, then the gentleman told us to go to the elevators of the wrong tower. Immediately when the elevator doors opened the hallway table had a giant crack in it. The hallways are scuffed from the cleaning carts. There was no hot water in the sink, no counter space in the bathroom for toiletries, only one side of the bed had outlets for phone charging. I had my husband put the small seating area table near the bathroom just to have a place to put our stuff. Room #2 was graciously offered by the wonderful manager-on-duty, Sierra. The room was bigger with a gorgeous view, which was unexpected but extremely appreciated. The rooms seemed to not have females in mind when they were planned, even the bigger one, but at least room 2 had a table just outside the bathroom where we could put our toiletries. Still, even this hallway needs wall repair due to cart damage. The lobby and bar area are beautifully decorated and the wall art was entertaining to view. The majority of the staff we encountered were nice, but that's it. Only Sierra (I really hope I'm naming the right young lady!) went above and beyond every time we spoke to her. I would recommend this hotel, but only when rates are under $400/night.
