Ideal location for exploring the city. Hotel had everything we needed. Trip was with adult daughter & the three of us had enough space in the room. I researched a lot of hotels & for the location this made economic sense & had all the facilities we wanted. Didn’t eat or drink there but no need as so many options close by. Close to subway to get around the city & Times Square was 15 min walk away. Could do with some modernising but that’s being picky. Would recommend

The hotel itself is clean and centrally located for NYC tourism in Times Sq. the staff are great, breakfast included was a good start to each day and the price we got through Expedia was a bargain. Be warned that there is a migrant shelter directly opposite the hotel which can be intimidating as large groups hang around outside - the hotel have a regular security guard and the NYPD are outside the shelter all the time.

Nice hotel. Good location for Mid town.
The resort fee is ridiculous & just an extra charge disguised.
Room was nice & the hotel took into account my requests.
Staff very nice.
Breakfast fine

Lovely hotel in a quiet and safe area of New York. Very helpful staff and nice cafe downstairs for breakfast/lunch or dinner. The rooftop bar is amazing for views and cocktails/small bites. Highly recommend.
Rooms are spacious for New York, and we had a lovely view of the river and NJ skyline. Also had a complimentary umbrella to borrow in the room which was helpful when it rained!
The only negatives I can think of are that the air conditioning is quite old and noisy (bring earplugs if...

Stones throw from Times Sq so perfect for a four day theatre visit. Had a 44th floor Deluxe King room, facing south, with a partial view of Times Sq. Huge windows made it bright all day, but there are effective blackout blinds at night and there’s virtually no noise. Pretty spacious for one, spotlessly clean, and the fridge for supplies rather than annoying mini bar gets a thumbs up from me. Nice big bathroom with good strong shower pressure, and - miracle of miracles - the aircon is simple to...

My daughter and I had a trip to New York for our big birthdays, hotel was very central close to port authority, walking distance to time square and many other areas. Hotel staff made our visit special for us and are very helpful , friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I would avoid 9th Avenue at night time as it didn’t feel very safe .
