Our room was great and clean but the soundproofing of the hotel was not great. Considering there are night clubs located in the hotel, this really changed our staying experience since we could not sleep with the noise and music on Thursday and Friday nights.

not entirely sure this place is worth the price. great location and some friendly staff but rooms are tiny and faded/out dated. you hear everything from the Mr. Purple bar and the street all night long. rains, not umbrellas available. ask for a fridge or microwave, wait over an hour. ask the front desk to hold a room key for a guest, they can’t do it. overall ok stay but I’m sure there’s better places nearby.

Honestly the hotel itself is great. BUT what you really need to know if you are on the 10th/11th floor area maybe up or down from there, but the music and bass from the club will literally rattle your room. Thursday through Sunday at least, I’m not sure about other nights of the week. If you’re a light sleeper beware. The hallway it’s extremely loud, in the room it’s a little less but things in my room were actually rattling and you could hear the thump of the club over the TV in the room. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, but at least knowing about it would have been nice. So BEWARE light sleepers. But other than that everything was perfect. Great food near by, fun neighborhood. Hotel staff was great, room was clean, all in all it would be 5/5 stars without the club.

This hotel went above and beyond and impressing me from the free amenities that included coffee in the room and quickly getting a rollaway bed when I had an extra guest to the incredible location, easy parking next-door and cleanliness. This has quickly become a favorite for stays in New York City.. the hotel staff was responsive and available all day and all night. There’s a great rooftop café for breakfast and a very exciting nightclub.
