Loved the location. For us being close to the clubs, pubs & restaurants was critical. Easy to get around and the roof top deck was great. Mr Purple was awesome too.

Hotel itself was great. Location was perfect. Very modern hotel plenty of space in the bedrooms unlike most New York hotels. However, I’m guessing the staff was overworked, as to why they were less than helpful.

Great location close to 1st Ave. Very friendly staff. Great front desk assistance when checking in and later when we needed a bit more time to check out. Super friendly Mr Purple staff made me a wonderful fresh ground coffee and healthy fresh made smoothie. The views of NY from our room were spectacular.

The staff was amazing and the location was top notch BUT there is a night club on the roof which is ear shatteringly loud all night. I mean, the bed was practically vibrating from the bass and re-verb

The hotel was great, the room big and with a nice city view but if you are staying on a weekend know that there is a club on the 15 floor that plays loud music all night which you can hear in your room.
