"Great find and stopover especially for getting to Bath or Longleat Great staff and great food Lovely touches in bedroom like home made shortbread Also very good fan to combat hot weather Did not have time for breakfast but the breakfast room looked very stocked with food well presented"

"Hotel was really nice and clean the staff was amazing friendly and professional. The rooms was clean but the only criticism was the room I had booked was classified as a cosy double room but it wasn’t. it was a single room and not big enough for 2 people. Only because a double bed was in the room doesn’t mean it can be classed as a double room. So if you was a single traveller it would be perfect. The food was nice but a little expensive and it didn’t serve pub grub it seems more gastro food. Apart from that we had a fantastic time. Thank you to all staff at the hotel 🙌"

"The room was clean and the shower worked well (although personal preference I wasn't a fan of the shower curtain!). They provided a fan in the room which was needed with the heat. All the staff were lovely and they even carried our big suitcase up the stairs for us! Enjoyed are stay and located in a wonderful location."
