"I'm fascinated by hotels where the mugs don't fit in the coffeemaker. How did this happen, and how did they not fix it? The lighting was some of the worst, most confusing lighting I have ever seen in a hotel, five different switches, each of which worked differently. We had to sleep with the closet light on all night because we eventually gave up. On the plus side, the views were incredible, beds comfy, the breakfast was terrific and staff at breakfast were amazing, just a wonderful experience overall. But boo to the hotel designer."
