The concierge was brilliant, he drew us a map to walk to the boat that runs down the river to the centre of Bath, a great way to travel on a Summer afternoon. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The kids even loved bath, so we'll be going back.

The main building and grounds are lovely and have much character. Although some say the grounds look unkept, we think it had a good rustic look to it. The hotel manager was very welcoming....carried my bag up 3 flights of very quirky stairs. Hotel is in a great location and breakfast was exceptional, Worth a stop!
