Unfortunately there was an older man on the staff, whose abrupt attitude and inpatients was verging on being rude. Shame had two separate incidents with him during our short stay. Shame let the side down. The breakfast layup was good. Just one criticism, If your offering yoghurt , fruit and cereals. There is a very good chance the guest might like to take advantage of the offering, before you rush out the pre ordered cooked breakfast, which my case was virtually cold once I had finished by yoghurt. Also serving Avocado and poached eggs on thin sliced brown bread, unfortunately becomes a soggy mess. So close to the heart of Salisbury and so friendly. Room was excellent, comfortable bed separate bath and shower. Restaurant was brilliant and I recommend the South African dishes. Pre-ordered breakfast which my wife had to cancel the following morning but this was no problem.
