We were first time visitors & used the Airlink bus. All the hotel staff were so friendly & could not have been more helpful. The food we had, including room service one evening, was reasonably priced and delicious There is also a good selection of pubs, restaurants, shops etc including the Royal Mile, just a few steps from the hotel. The room & bathroom was very quiet, spacious and comfortable and whilst it was clean it is starting to show signs of wear. If returning to Edinburgh we would definitely book this hotel again."
