"I loved the concept of this industrial hotel. They have amenities for the current generation and I had a pleasant stay. The bed is really comfortable and so the pillows. Overall I noticed the hotel is a little dusty, what caused me to have allergies during my stay. This is the reason why I am not rating it higher. The rest is perfect, not sure what the dusty and ventilation situation is, but if they fix it it’s a paradise place. "

"Went back to Amsterdam after 30 years and this hotel was a nice find. Centrally located and within easy walking distance of most attractions. Hotel has free bicycles for use which was a nice perk. Buffet breakfast was excellent addition and was included in our rate. Concierge and front desk help were a lot of help with finding restaurants. Although Amsterdam is not cheap relative to other cities in Europe these days. Also, request a quiet room in the back. We did and were very pleased...

Despite the location from the centre & the fact that one of us couldn’t walk very well at the time… it didn’t bother us that it was 20 minutes from the centre. "This property was lovely and we enjoyed our stay here! The room was beautiful and it was a very quiet hotel. Our only complaints are that the room was not ready until well after check in time (we understand that sometimes the staff has no control over that), and the location of the hotel might not be idea for everyone. It was a quiet escape from the busy city, and located right on the beautiful water. However, it is certainly not in the center of the city so expect to walk quite a bit or take transportation. We lived this property and would absolutely stay here again! "

"The hotel is located at a convenient but quiet location near metro and tram routes. It was also a close 5-8 minute walk to a busy area with grocery store, shops and restaurants. Immediately when we entered, we were greeted by friendly staff and a very cute lobby. One of the bar staff offered us coffee and juice. It was really nice as we just had a stressful travel day before arriving. We had a nice size room for our family of 4. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a great canal view too. The hotel had complimentary umbrella for the two days that rained which was very convenient for travellers. And they offered either option of a full buffet breakfast or option to order a simple portion breakfast at the lobby bar. This was super convenient as we had kids and they didn’t have a huge appetite. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back again."
