Staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable - the concierge helped organize taxis to the airport and provided great recommendations for local cafes and restaurants. The cleaning staff was always prompt and thorough. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk away from the city center and many tourist attractions, so there can sometimes be some noise during the weekend as travelers are out and about during the evening. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable with a wide variety of options if you're looking for a large or a small meal.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was really good. Comfortable beds, nice pillows and temperature of room was perfect. Could open windows for fresh air too. Tea and coffee available and bottles of water replenished daily. Weren’t able to use the garden area as told it was private which was strange considering the name of the hotel, and this was one of the reasons we picked it. Welcome drink on arrival. A lovely hotel and stay.

This property is excellent. Perfect location for sightseeing. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. Every single person was kind and very helpful. They helped us purchase tickets for Van Gogh museum and schedule a taxi for our return to the airport. We highly recommend this hotel.
