Expected better for a "4 Star Hotel" Audrey London
For the price and the hotel been labelled a "4 star hotel" I expected better. My room cleaning was done ad- hoc and not daily per normal, items were not added to the room like sugar milk when cleaned, no hoovering of the carpet and vey disappointed with this. I will not be staying at this hotel again or recommending it to others.

Very Disappointing
Seems like a very new hotel. Long delays at check in. When I finally got my room key and went to the room, I discovered that it hadn't been cleaned since the previous occupant. Tried to ring reception to complain but there was no answer. I had to go back down personally, queue up again and get a new room. The receptionist apologised and said that I was getting a free room upgrade to compensate me. The replacement room was identical to the original room so she basically lied to get rid of me. My colleague and I then tried to eat in the restaurant. We were told that they wouldn't be able to accommodate us they didn't have room. From a quick glance we could see that the restaurant was half empty (at breakfast the next morning we could see that the restaurant is huge) and there wasn't a crowd waiting to go in. As there was no other restaurant near the hotel, we had to get a taxi in to the city for food. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay in a hotel that has a lot of potential.
