Looks like a new hotel and is very modern and elegant. The location is great and would highly recommend this hotel if looking to explore the Dotonburi. The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff are excellent and attentive.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost.How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far

We loved staying in Asakusa and the Asakusa View Hotel Annex Rokku. Reasonably spacious room in a quiet (weekdays) area. Great amenities. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. A great stay!

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

The hotel is fairly new. It is centrally located within the district we stayed in about 4 km from Kyoto Station. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had to change our travel plans due to the cyclone that hit Tokyo and managed to find us alternative rooms in the hotel. Excellent service.

Check in & out was so quick & easy, especially checking out - you just put your key card into a machine & you’re done. The hotel is in a great area as indicated by the ‘What did you like?’ section above. The rooms were always cleaned & restocked with bottled water, towels, etc.

Wonderful in every way, beautiful terrace bar and onsen with views over Gion. The room and amenities were perfect.

Clean hotel in a great location.

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. Lovely hotel near tube stations making it the perfect stay for our trip to Tokyo. Staff very respectful and helpful, as was everyone on Tokyo! Would stay again

A very nice, modern, clean and friendly place to stay in Osaka. Staff are very helpful and in a good location to catch trains and buses. I will most certainly be staying here again!

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Cleaning was scheduled using your TV which enabled you to request no cleaning/ eco cleaning and a full clean of your room, all of which could be requested up to 9am the same day, which is a fantastic service.
