"A fantastic time ... Just Like Cruising."
The staff are wonderful as is the hotel. All your requirements are catered for, use the gym, take a sauna, fantastic meals and bar facilities. Small things like a daily newspaper, an umbrella and a bicycle, the best way to see the sights. The rooms are superb with fantastic views across the city. A truly 5 plus star experience.

"Less than expected "
Hotel is located far from town center. Staffs are very nice. However, the house keeping service was bad. Unprofessional if compared with Hyatt Regency Tokyo and Hakone.

"Pure Excellence!"
From the second I arrived at the hotel, I was treated like a VIP - someone offered to carry my bags and directed me to the check-in counter while carrying on a delightful conversation with me. At the check-in counter, they realized it was my birthday and gave me a very nice picture frame as a present. Check in was very quick and then an English-speaking bell-hop escorted me to my room and showed me how to work all the devices in the room. He opened the curtains for me, and I was amazed at the incredible view of Osaka and the surrounding mountains. The room decor was perfect and the bathroom was really special with all the glass and tile. It was especially nice to have extremely strong water pressure for a change. Later, my daughter and her family came for a visit and were also impressed with the room and the view. The following day, we all had breakfast together in Cafe Tomato and again the service was absolutely perfect. They went out of their way for us whenever necessary. My daughter has a 4 month old baby, and she had to get up and leave from time to time, but the staff tried to keep her food warm by covering her plate up. When she returned, they would remove the cover nonchalantly without being noticed. The food was very good, but the service made the food that much more enjoyable. My daughter kept commenting on how delicious her pancakes were. For me as a father and grandfather, I was very happy that my daughter and I could have such a good memory together.

"Semi Double Room - only for couple with 1 baggage"
Room checked in (Semi Double Room) was too small that can't open 2 luggage at the same time. Luggage can only open when put on the bed. A big step to enter the bathroom, not suitable for senior folks. No shower cap provided in bathroom which is weird for Japan hotel.

You’ll certainly be spoilt for choice when it comes to opportunities to indulge in world-class shopping and dining.
