Great service from check-in to concierge. Before my arrival, I wrote to the Butler Service of the St Regis Osaka and asked to help with restaurant recommendations and reservations. The response was quick and prompt. The reception staff was friendly and gave us a late check-out until 2:00 pm, which was much appreciated.
