The staff at reception and in the dining room were exceptionally nice and helpful. We had a lovely room with a view of Osaka city. Very close to subway stations so was easy to get around. Food excellent.

Hotel is situated away from the bust in the city. An excellent place to stay if you value a quiet place to rest. The hotel provides half hourly bus ride to town. I also like that the hotel is close to Univeral Studio and the aquarium.
