"Very nice hotel"
It's a very nice hotel located in Umeda. But you'll need to walk at least 5-8mins to railway station. Osaka station city is a very easy place to get lost... Staffs speaking very good English and are friendly too! Nice view from the room and there is a very big bathroom.

"Excellent staff. Quiet location. "
A bit far from the action, which is actually welcome as Osaka can be quite hectic -- if you're ok with the subway ride (six stops to the centre of town) or taxis it's a genuinely fantastic base. Staff were exceptional even by Japanese standards. The decor could use a refresh as everyone knows, but it's still a stand-out place. If you're lucky enough to stay there when the castle is lit up, then the views are just perfect. Would definitely stay again!

"Great location for some pre-departure family fun"
We only stayed overnight at this hotel due to an early morning KIX departure, but we found it to be surprisingly pleasant and well equipped. We explored the area on foot and found a taiyaki street vendor, a ferris wheel ride, plenty of tasty dinner choices, an arcade, shopping, etc. We had a night of family fun before settling into our nicely equipped room (4 beds, plenty of toiletries, pajamas) with fantastic views of city lights and the sea from 44 floors above. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and promptly and safely took us to the airport (15 min away). I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and only needed one night, so I can't comment on how it would be as a home base for sightseeing.

As the third largest city in Japan and an important commercial and economic hub for the region, it should come as no surprise that Osaka is a city that knows how to appreciate the finer things in life. You’ll certainly be spoilt for choice when it comes to opportunities to indulge in world-class shopping and dining.

To get the ultimate fashion fix, make your way to the boutiques along Midosuji Street in the Minami part of the city or browse no end of high-end brands at the Grand Front Osaka shopping mall. And for mind-blowing foodie experiences, explore the city’s renowned restaurants. Osaka has a well-deserved reputation as Japan’s capital of food, and getting to see the chefs craft cutting-edge dishes right in front of your eyes is an opportunity not to be missed. Why not go ahead and spoil yourself at one of Osaka’s several Michelin-starred restaurants, like Saeki, considered the best sushi restaurant in the city.

    Osaka’s Exclusive Experiences

It’s not just staying in a luxury hotel that can make your visit to Osaka truly special. If you’re staying in the heart of Osaka why not take a cruise on a river boat or visit the opulent Osaka Castle? And if you’d like to relax and recharge amidst Japan’s natural beauty, take a trip about 15 miles to the north of Osaka to the Mino Quasi-National Park. Here you can stroll around tree-lined gorges, waterfalls and tranquil temples and visit a natural hot spring spa with beautiful mountain views before returning to the luxury of your Osaka hotel.
