The shuttle bus to Osaka station is convenient, but if you take airport bus and try to transit onto hotel bus, it is not easy to find it! The shuttle bus runs to Osaka station and back every 20 minutes which was super convenient. The pool, gym and sauna facilities were insanely priced at 5500 yen per use but we didn’t book for this reason so we weren’t phased.
