Lots and lots of different and excellent dining options in the neighborhood. Although you need to be mindful of going out in the evening because Juso has heavy soliciting near the shopping districts. As for the hotel itself, this was a very good hotel for its price. To the point I do not want to make the place too well known. It's also only a short train/bus ride to Umeda/Osaka.

The room and bed were good but there was this musty smell that never went away for the 5 days I stayed. Even with the air purifier it didn't help. Other than that, the building was nice. This hotel was great. There is in-unit laundry with free laundry detergents. There is also a public bath that is clean and well-maintained. It is close to a station but it is quite far from the central city of Osaka. The area have a lot of local Japanese restaurants. The room itself is quite small but perfect for a solo traveler.
