The room is nice and clean. What is lacking is the 5-star service experience. The pool is only free for the first time, and one has to pay for any subsequent usage. If that is the case, perhaps it is good to put it upfront on the web. I do love the two little bit-size cakes I got every day. When. ask for more, they show me where to get them. I am used to staying a t Ritz Carlton. This is definitely a different experience of a 5-star hotel. I do feel that everything is clean and nice, with fresh flowers.
