Breakfast was good too. The use of laundry machine was 500 yen, however all the button commands are in Japanese, I had to call for help to start it. Also you enter a 4 digit secret code so only you can retrieve your laundry when finished. Also the area is difficult to navigate because most human traffic is underground, Umeda station is huge, dozens of exits. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. This is the best location for a few reasons. It's right on top of Umeda station. This is basically a huge mall and food area with mostly locals living their daily lives. While still a busy area, there really aren't very many tourists in this area which is great.
