"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked a simple economy room for a layover in Bologna and didn’t expect much, but it exceeded all my expectations. I was initially a bit anxious about booking a twin room since I usually struggle to sleep on small beds, but this one was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable. I’m not sure if I just got lucky with the size of the room, but it felt huge for a solo stay — with a separate wardrobe area, plenty of floor space, and a large bathroom complete with a bidet and shower. One of the biggest surprises was the air conditioning — fully functioning and strong, which I honestly didn’t expect based on past experiences with Italian hotels. The hotel also has a restaurant, bar, gym (on the smaller side and gets crowded), and a pool (also small and fills up fast). One suggestion to management: expand the pool area. There’s a lot of unused space that could easily fit more loungers instead of just tables and chairs. Right now, if you don’t get there early, you likely won’t get a spot. Overall, it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend it. I also tried the breakfast — priced at €18. While that felt steep considering the room was around €80, the quality was good and the variety was impressive. "

"If you are coming in Venezia by car this is excellent place, directly reachable by car, has garage, and public transport (vaporetto) station is less than 100m far away. Hotel is big new, spotless clean. Rooms are not so spacious but big enough. Breakfast was surprisingly good, especially when compared to awful breakfast in Hampton by Hilton New Orleans where we have been few months ago"
