It would have been nice to have arrived to a warm room. We spoke to three different receptionists when arriving as had no email with check in details and couldn't get card to scan, it seemed an inconvienience just asking for help, so not very welcoming. There was one nice man who fetched me some oat milk and extra milks for my friend as not enough in the tin. I wouldn't recommend 19 euros for a cooked breakfast that was cold where it was sitting for so long on the hot plates. I wish I could give a positive review but the only positives was a free shuttle bus to the hotel and comfy bed."
