We booked a king bed but when we got there, we were told they never had king beds… only queen. They changed us to a handicapped room with no shower stall so bathroom got flooded. They never cleaned our room during our five day stay in spite of us asking several times. The vending machine was broken and took our money. The night manager did comp two drinks and continental breakfast….she apologized profusely for the fiasco. Very unhappy with our stay. At least we enjoy the country!

Fire alarm due to electric outage late one night, disrupted guests. Staff handled well but poor experience. Warehouse type street but close to all, Cathedrals, transportation, Temple Bar and restaurants/pubs, Jameson and Guiness etc.

There are no phones in the room and the fire alarm snd electricity went off late at night . There was no way to communicate with reception and I found it scary as a lone traveller. Also lack of communication on checking in . No kettle in the room but apparently, there is a galley to get drinks but I wasn’t informed until my last day . Housekeeping were very slow so I didn’t get my room made up . They offered a free drink .

This hotel has alot of potential, but it seems they just recently opened and don’t have all their ducks in a row. Power went out in the middle of the night, and fire alarms were ringing, fire doors were stuck so we had no access to the stairs to go down with elevators not working. Was very stressful in the middle of the night in the dark, in a foreign country…then in the morning the espresso machine was broke, limited food menu, flys on the breakfast buffet. The sheets were extremely scratchy, but otherwise comfortable mattress and new shiny hotel. Needs some touching up though.

Tutto ok, personale gentile e disponibile, struttura nuova con stanze pulite. Unico personalissimo appunto stanza troppo calda, non sono riuscito ad abbassare i riscaldamenti, sicuramente colpa mia.
