"Great boutique hotel! Gorgeous neighborhood"
I absolutely loved my experience. This hotel is such a great boutique stay. Very classy and sophisticated. Fancy but not stuffy! This location is not super centrally located but catching cabs back was on average 10 minutes from Suffolk St where all the main shopping, bars, etc were. When the hotel called a cab, they said it would be two minutes, and the cab pulled up in 40 seconds. The restaurant downstairs was such a great intro to Irish food. They actually got me to try coagulated blood. It was actually very nice. My only "complaints" are that the toilet needed to be fixed. When you flushed it it would run water FOREVER until you triggered the switch again, even if that meant 20 minutes. The phone in the hotel room stopped working the last few days. And when our flight got in, we were super early to check in to our room. They said they'd call me if it was ready before 3PM they estimated possibly 12-1. they never called. But I would definitely recommend this hotel they were so pleasant. I've actually already booked out with this hotel for next summer. It was a great stay.

"Very nice hotel in the perfect location "
Great time in Dublin, a pice for those of us that enjoy food and drink, preferably in pubs! Enough to see and do for a few days especially if punctuated with regular pints of Guinness!

"Centrally located hotel near tourist attractions"
I booked the Trinity City Hotel because of its central location to Trinity College Dublin and other tourist destinations in the city. It is ideally situated just north of the university and very walkable to attractions such as Temple Bar, the Irish Whiskey Museum, pick up points for Paddywagon Tours, and more. Pros: location; proximity to restaurants and tourist attractions; easy to spot or find if you are driving; on site restaurant and bar; on site breakfast which can be included in your reservation rate. Cons: hotel was undergoing renovations that made the space a little noisy, which wouldn't have been a problem had I not called ahead of time to see if construction was going to be done (I saw on their profile a mention of it) and been told by the hotel staff person I spoke with that no such construction would be going on during my stay; my room was very tight, to the extent that there was no convenient location to place my two big bags (I'd been traveling for a few weeks and was also joined by another companion during my stay there) and I'd have to step around or over luggage any time I maneuvered around the room; the housekeeper rearranging some of my things when she came in to clean, which is probably a personal preference, but I personally don't like coming back from being out of the room to find that my things were out of place; not a modern room - amenities are basic and the feel is a little outdated; no 24 hour room service; restaurant and bar close early.

"Nice Hotel but Lacks Service"
Nice hotel overall. A good 30 mins walk to Centre and Temple Bar straight along the canal. A little frustrated that the cleaner would come to room about 5pm to clean and change towels. I had to call for clean towels daily. I had a room where we could not open the windows so it got a little suffocating at night with no air vent. I was told to use aircon! Was not impressed! Bar is very expensive with a lack of table service so had to keep getting up to call the waiter. Other than that quite an average stay.

"great hotel in a great central location"
We arrived early in Dublin (5am) and got to the hotel by 6:15am. We weren't able to check in that early since someone was in our room, but we asked them to expedite it since we had a toddler with us. They gave us a call by 10:45 saying it was ready for us which was wonderful since we were exhausted. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for us with the travel cot. The location is perfect and in walking distance to most things. We even made the trek to the Guinness Storehouse and back but we are from the NYC area and are used to walking. Parking was the only issue since there is no onsite parking. The front desk told us to go to QPark which was a 10 minute walk away but when I left the lot I was told that I was in the wrong QPark. Parking was discounted, but for a day and a half ended up being 30 Euros.

" Quiet street, but rooms were tiny "
The rooms obnoxiously small, with very little room even to put your suitcases down. You could easily hear your neighbor next-door, especially when they were rolling luggage down the hall. I'm afraid we woke up everyone in the entire house when we had a 6 AM departure to get to the airport. Upon check-in, the staff was very nice but failed to schedule our cab as promised in the morning.
