Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the on-site construction that was going on in the courtyard of the building all day starting at or before 8am and going all the way until 5. It was EXTREMELY loud and you could not rest or focus on any work. There was no where to put our bags nor anywhere to put our things in the bathroom. While the room was pretty, the design was not functional. The pool area, which is actually one giant hot tub, was quite dirty. At the end of the stay I mentioned the noise and was given a small credit about 1/8th of what I paid for the stay.

I arrived at the hotel with a booking for a de luxe room. The room (319) was very small and dark a filthy outlook, bins and bird droppings and high buildings on all sides with the air conditioning units outside my window and the noise of a tv (presumably from next door).
I immediately went to the reception desk and asked if my room was really a de luxe room. One of the receptionist asked if I was a solo occupant. I replied I was, which was probably why I had been given this awful room. After two receptionists spent some time on the computer I was given a new room (357) which had the same outlook but at least I could see the sky! I make no apology for saying I would not stay there again and fully expect this comment to be disregarded, if it is read at all!
The photographs I am including (which were the best I could get as the windows didn’t open any further) were taken from the second room I was given on the 5th floor. The first room was on the third floor which was literally on top of the air conditioning units.

We booked airport pickup through the unit. A taxi picked us up from the airport, took us to the office for key pickup, then the taxi took us to our flat. The office was a 10-15 min drive from the flat, so this was very convenient. Highly recommend taking advantage of this option.
They told us to leave the keys in the apartment which was convenient. We requested a second set of keys which someone brought to the apartment within the hour.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained. The hot water for the shower was confusing, but the app had video instructions on how to use that and the other parts of the flat.
There was a lot of storage space in the bedroom. Nothing for the person on the sofabed though, so his clothes were all over the living room. The sofabed was better than others, but it was still a sofabed.
Lots of towels were provided which was a plus.
It was in a great location and many restaurants and activities were within walking distance.
The listing shows images from all their apartments, so it's hard to tell what you'll get.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms were spacious and staff friendly (but not too knowledgeable). Property is a little tired but overall we enjoyed it.

The room had bed bugs I came home covered in bites and am now trying to treat my clothes and anything in that was in the room. Threw out the suitcases and preemptively cleaning our house just incase.

Incomparable city centre location just off Grafton Street, opposite Bruxelles. Have stayed multiple times. Great studio apartments, spacious and really well appointed. Ideal for a weekend stay in the city . Cannot recommend highly enough.
