" I'm disappointed with our recent hotel experience. We booked a relaxing birthday trip for my wife, but the hotel was crowded with unmanaged children and noisy guests. The pool was unmonitored, and my wife was injured by a ball. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't manage the crowd effectively. Expected better service from Marriott and plan to raise this issue with them. "

"We only used this hotel as a base, can't comment on breakfast, bar etc. Fabulous location, right next to station and easy walk to everything we wanted....cocktail bars, restaurants, O2 city hall, riverside and metro station to the coast. Clean, excellent shower, helpful staff and reasonably priced"

"In theory this should be a great hotel however it’s so noisy at night. Should have realised when we got to the room and there were ear plugs at the side of the bed. Rooms are so hot and no air con so you have to open the windows then you get the noise. Should be told when booking that you won’t get to sleep before 2 am due to the noise of the bars around the hotel. "

"A big thanks to all Staff Arrived at 1830 30 hours after leaving Boston usa due to BA incompetence delay followed by delay Finally lost our luggage.Staff offered tooth brush etc.2 drink vouchers Room great Bar and drink wonderful Pizza perfect for 2 very tired 70+ travelers Room very quiet 12 noon departure great.You guys saved the day"
