"The building is new and still being worked on so in the morning a bit noisy. The apartment itself was clean and tastefully furnished but very Ikea. A few problems we had was there was no TV remote so couldnt use. Bins have no bags so didnt like to put used Teabags in, no cloths to wipe surfaces and only one 3/4 roll of furniture. We did phone to tell them incase they with held some of the holding deposit but they could bot get sorted as it was around 6pm."

"Apartment was in generally poor state of repair, cigarette burns in flooring, door handles missing and smelled very badly of cigarettes. The building is what was once an apartheid but now, individual apartments are under various private and commercial ownership. Some apartments seemed to be being utilised as very particular kind of "party" location for paying "guests". Music, fighting and general party noise went on pretty much all through the night much of which was playing out on the balconies...
