Lovely clean hotel. Easily located off the motorway. Room clean with walk in shower, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee in room. Great price too. Also has gym and pool.

The gym and pool were well equipped, well maintained and nice to use. The room was in good order. Breakfast was awful, the cooked food was cold, unappealing, no fresh coffee. Staff were generally disinterested.

The bedroom was good with two comfortable double beds. Shower but no bath but not an issue for us. Room was quite warm. A fan is provided. Be aware that the gym and parking is an additional cost, although not expensive.

The staff at this Walsall hotel are very attentive and visiting staying at this place makes it less stressful. The staff are warm and helpful both at reception , resturant and the gym. Love the restaurant staff so down to earth and always polite.

Hotel ideally situated at Motorway junction so very easy access, however no greenery around it so nowhere relaxing to chill outside after a long journey. The fancier of the building is beginning to look a little run down as the woodwork needs replacing in many areas. However the pool & gym facilities are excellent & staff friendly & helpful, so for this alone I would return.

Staff were extremely friendly and the room was big and clean. Disappointed as I was travelling with an elderly person that the lift was out of order and wasn't informed in advance. The staff did their best to help us with this, but had I have known in advance we would have booked elsewhere.

There was no AC in the room so it was hot, we needed to open the window and as it was on a mane road it was noisy. The hotel and facilities were brilliant. Just need to figure out a way to cool the rooms in the summer.

This is such an amazing hotel, with nice size swim pool, sauna, steam room, very large gym, and a jacuzzi. Staff are great, really helpful and attentive both in the hotel restaurant and the gym area.
