An absolutely lovely stay. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Allanah and she was kind and attentive. She showed us around, before escorting us to our room and answering our questions. Our room was beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. The bathtub was deep and sumptuous, the toiletries provided were fresh and felt lovely and the home baked cookies in the room were a nice (and tasty) touch. We had booked a table at Smoke for dinner, and when the reservation rolled around it was pouring...

Parking at NCP Birmingham High Street car park at discounted rate of £10.50, ensure you ask for exit ticket.
Easy to find, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Complimentary Hot beverages throughout the day near reception.
Kitchenette was handy and fridge was convenient.
Downside was bathroom sink was slow to drain and waste hole was so dirty. Shower isn’t powerful enough, but all was clean.

This hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay. From food, casino, spa, shopping, lovely outdoor water and staff are lovely too.

Mailbox parking available and once parked you can walk alongside the canal and stop for a refreshment or walk into the city centre. We went to the Alexander theatre which was a 10min walk from the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They seemed pleased to help which is refreshing. The room was clean and absolutely fine for one night or a weekend with a TV, mini fridge and coffee/tea...

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the 24 hour free hot drink facilities. Just what we needed on a cold walk through Birmingham.

Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath !

The atmosphere of the hostel was very friendly and welcoming. I liked the idea of being able to choose between catering for yourself and using the restaurant facilities. The lounge was also a very relaxing environment and the grounds were lovely first thing in the morning
