"The pre-arrival communication was very welcoming via email by Georgia. The trip was to celebrate my Husband's 40th birthday and the hotel was very generous to place a nice xard with warm wished and a bday cake .. all the staff were greeting him with his bday ❤️ The room is very nice and comfy except for the pillows, although we asked for a hard foam one but they were not good , so honestly sleeping was not good during our stay .
