"When we arrived we saw immediately that the sofabed in the lounge was broken and could not be used to sit or sleep on, this was disappointing as it meant there were not enough beds for us all. We contacted the owner and the next day a chap arrived with an airbed. We requested that the sofa be replaced but that did not happen. "Lovely property but needs a little TLC. For instance curtain in lounge half hanging off, no lock for front bathroom door, loads of lightbulbs not working, video game not working holes in wall in bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Having said this the beds were comfortable, lots of space for 10 people and hot tub a great bonus. Nothing to spoil the holiday but just a few niggles."

"Family went from being worried about being 5 minutes out of town to fully enjoying listening to the river and watching the ducks. Out of the five places we stayed over a two weeks holiday, this is by far everyone's favorite. The floors are a little uneven and the mobile network connection not perfect but everything else you could imagine about the place was amazing."
