Our room very clean and tidy but did need a little maintenance, ie. bathroom mirror was lose, main door needs draft excluder. The breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was expensive but well worth having Highly recommend

Good mostly clean hotel in a handy location. Room was beginning to look a little tired around the edges. Next to the Metrocentre and many shops and restaurants including a handy Toby Carvery for good value breakfast!

Lovely property but needs a little TLC. For instance curtain in lounge half hanging off, no lock for front bathroom door, loads of lightbulbs not working, video game not working holes in wall in bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Great small apartment with a view over the River Tyne. Well equipped mini kitchen, excellent shower. Only drawback is lack of a spare blanket for people who feel cold. Heating system works well once you work it out.
