"Amazing resort , great size. We just got the standard rooms, such a great size! The food was delicious, love all the variety of food and cocktails. Very pleased. Highly recommend! My husband is celiac , he had a good variety of food options! Would like more food options at the pool bar and the other outdoor restaurants, they didn’t have any GF options , which was very disappointing. Would have been nice to have other alcoholic beverage options in our mini bar fridge , only beer and pop. My husband can’t have beer. We called front desk but no one got back to us. Spa facility was beautiful, we had a great couples massage. Each for 60 min, wish we did 90 instead! One of the nicest spas I’ve been to at an all inclusive. The staff are great! Would like to give a shout out to a few people that made our trip very memorable : Moises( not sure if spelling is correct) at the pool bar , he kept the drinking flowing all day at the pool! He made the drinks himself and delivered them, non stop! Very impressed! Memo bell boy was great, he welcomed us and brought our luggage’s to the room. He gave a a tour of the hotel and a quick run down of the shows. He had such great energy! Edgar and Adrian at the main floor lobby bar were, ask for the Adrian gin cocktail , it’s dangerously delicious. "

"great place for a family trip. the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful design. there is a very small beach and the water was very cloudy and dark. this was a disappointment but not the fault of the hotel. staff were very helpful. drinks were excellent and top shelf liquor. there is an ice cream and churro bakery and it was great! food at the buffet was really good! we have been to many all inclusive hotels and the buffet was the best at this one. excellent service by the wait staff. the food choices were great. 3 of the 4 restaurants require reservations. we only tried Maxal which had mostly Mexican seafood dishes. the food was ok - but one shrimp entree dish was really good. the pools were very nice and clean. you do need to reserve your chairs if you want a good spot or an umbrella. "
