"El Hotel GR Solaris Cancun tiene muy buen servicio al cliente. En especial Cesar que nos recibio en el Lobby. La comida es muy buena hay variedades y bien cocinada todo muy limpio en el Buffet. Puedes disfrutar en las noches de las Tortugas que salen del mar a desahogar sus huevos. El show de la noche es variado y muy bueno su animador Adonis hace muy bien su trabajo de dia y de noche el entretenimiento tratando de que todos estes disfrutando al maximo de su estancia en el Hotel. Expedia nos dio un servicio VIP de excelencia con un coctel de Biembenida donde pudimos disfrutar con vista al mar de un atardecer con Violin. Lo que si no recomiendo son los TOURS no disfrutas de nada todo es a la carrera y en todos te hacen perder una hora hiendo a las joyerias. El Carro de Golft en Islas Mujeres no lo recomiendo es la hida con la vuelta de prisa. Estas en Islas Mujeres y no puedes ver nada ni disfrutar de nada porque todo es a la carrera para dejarte una hora en una joyeria. El Hotel si lo recomiendo 100%, pero los TOURS NO."

"We had a wonderful stay at City Express by Marriott Cancún Aeropuerto Riviera! It is extremely family-friendly, and check-in was seamless. The highlight was the incredible service—the staff was still refilling food even after the official breakfast cutoff time, which meant so much to us as a family. The free airport shuttle to and from the terminal made our travel day totally stress-free. The only small downside is that the bathrooms could really use exhaust fans, but overall, it's a fantastic, reliable option near the airport. We would definitely stay again!"
