Terrible, the room only had 1 towel and we ware 4 guests and take them 2 hours to bring them to the room. Needs more food choices

Upon arrival the room smelled like a toilet pipe had burst. There was a bad odour coming from the toilet which lingered the whole time. Apart from that the room and outdoor pool was lovely. The tv however didn’t work.

It is in the middle of no-where so food options are terrible. We changed rooms as the first one was dirty; floors and worse, the sheets!

It was so dirty, room smelled like piss, there was black long hairs on the toilet and ahower, floor was full of dirt and hairs. Towells were super small, no mini fridge on rooms, and it said breakfast included, but if you want eggs or something besides corn flakes or bread with nutella, you have to pay extra!
