"We were happy to find someone at the desk despite our late arrival. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. We had a nice room and the hotel stored our luggage safely and conveniently after check out while we finished touring the city. They also helped us figure out how to use public transportation. "

"On arriving early at the hotel for an overdue birthday celebration with my Mum, we were greeted by really friendly reception staff. We were able to leave our bags until we could get into our room, and our room was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. When we eventually got into our room it was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The complimentary mini bar, chocolate, biscuits and reusable red water bottles were a thoughtful touch. A nice souvenir. There was a large choice at breakfast and the surroundings were stylish. I enjoyed it so much I have booked a weekend stay with my husband when we go to Wimbledon, due to the good transport connections."
