"It’s true … the is hotel is the #1 rated independent in Europe. We loved it … nice spacious rooms, fantastic bathrooms. Great staff … they know they are #1 and are focused on keeping it that way. The gym was great (please fix the eliptical). The Thai restaurant is the best in London, elegance and authenticity. Special thanks to Constantine, the concierge, very consciences and reliable … much appreciated. Lastly, the location is perfect … walking distance to everywhere. This will be our hotel of choice in London."
