I loved the Hyde Park location: The area is clean and walkable to lovely gardens, shops and pubs ; also near the train station. The hotel is clean and has lovely eating areas. I would go back again and again!
The room numbers are very confusing. There are a lot of doors to go through to find your room. Make sure you ask the front desk Daniel what set of elevators are closest to your room. He failed to tell me at check in & I had a lot of luggage with me. So you will not be carrying around your luggage ...
Hotel was a pretty good location for the things I wanted to go do and see. Staff was very helpful getting me headed in the right direction and very pleasent
As we expected, the room was small - and below ground level but had a window. It was, however, very well equipped and, particularly important at the moment, was spotlessly clean. It smelt fresh too.
Good transport link to Royal Albert Hall And Marble Arch Service and facilities very good
Location is great , staff were friendly, and the room was conventional.
We couldn't go, but unlike the greedy Old Waverley Hotel in Edinburgh, they agreed to give us credit for a visit next year.
