"Our family of 5 really enjoyed ourselves here in March 2018. The owner arranged an air mattress so our 3 teen boys could be in the second bedroom. We all enjoyed the family pool at TAO and also utilized the Bahia Principe bracelets to go to the resort's beach and pool. We also returned there our last night for the free show and wished we had done so earlier, as there are free shows every night.
The condo is beautiful and clean and quiet. Kevin (the owner) was super accessible by text, quickly...

"Great property friendly staff with beautiful landscape. Staff went above and beyond with anything we asked for and always have a smile and never heard the word NO well we were there. Nice beach always open palapa to get chairs. We swam with turtles in front of the property everyday as well as seeing plenty of fish. Worth getting the preferred club. Room was clean and updated with great amendments. Had plenty of food options and portions were good. We have stayed at dozens of adults only...
"What a gem. Have stayed here about 5 times over the last 10 years. Beautiful ocean views. Easy access to the water. Pictures of property stand up over time. Staff are always great. If you can afford the up grade, I’d always stay in one of their ocean view rooms. It’s worth it. Affordable overall but you do need to be able to walk to dining locations or have a car to drive. Really close to akumal bay where you can snorkel, shop, eat. This reminds me of what Tulum use to be like before it...
"Basically everything was perfect, we had an amazing experience and luckily we saw a sea turtle lying egg infront of out room, staff were very friendly, shout out to Tony the host was extremely helpful, the view of the property was amazing!!!"
"We highly recommend that you take the monkey sanctuary tour with Cesar as a guide. Without his enthusiasm and knowledge, you won't see the true value of this place. The glamping was romantic and fun. Our place was close to private lovely cenote Great value if you can get here by car or cheap transport. Not convenient location. "
"Great staff. Beautiful resort ! Great pools and food ! If your a long beach walker this may not be for you. There are stones and rocks in the water and on shore which made it challenging but still a beautiful snorkel area near the beach bar . I would return "

5/5 Excellent
"The location of the hotel was spectacular, and it was very quiet and clean. Edgar and Diana, among other staff, were amazing throughout our visit and helped us greatly. Thanks for everything!"

"Great value for your dollar! Expedia VIP granted us an upgraded bracelet to allow us into the neighbouring resort. Highly recommended this as the food at Coba is mediocre, the Akumal resort however had amazing food. On par with premium Vegas buffets.
VIP premium also got us a free bottle of Tequila to take home.
The entertainment was excellent. We saw the Blackbird show and were very impressed.
AC at Coba doesn't go bellow 20•C which can be rough.
Overall would highly recommend with the caveat that you get the upgraded bracelet. "
