"We only stayed one night, but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were very varied and well prepared. Also, we unfortunately discovered that we had left some items at the hotel when we got home. We contacted the hotel, and the front office staff were really helpful. They looked into the matter, found the items, and notified us. It was such a relief, and their great service...

"Stay OK, I usually stay here, more out of habit now (better the devil you know)... but a few tips. 1. room position is important. No aircond, so May to Septmeber can be hot. Make sure you're on the East carpark side, other side is much hotter. Also, make sure you're away from the lifts (noisy talking lifts, noisy people... the further you are south the less people walk by shouting, and bratty children). 2. Carpark now running at 90% capacity minimum... Often no parking after you have paid...

"Lovely, comfortable and clean room with a wonderful bed and blessings. We had a huge freestanding tub but used the shower stall which was a wonderful shower. Teapot and coffee cups was nice. The garden is a great spot to sit and relax and enjoy a beverage from their bar. No elevator but that’s expected in an older building. Great location for a nice stroll to the cathedral and many restaurants. Easy 10 min downhill walk from the train station so request a taxi the night before needed to return...
