Breakfast was good with wide choice of continental. Aircon could have been better - only issue with me, but no problem this time of the year. "

"Apartments were very clean, well equip and had very friendly and helpful staff. Location is next to noisy German Bars and in busy season has music until 4am. Not ideal for families but cannot fault actual apartments and staff."

"When I first arrived there was no shampoo in the shower, but after informing the front desk, they sent someone up to refill the shampoo dispenser. Good customer service. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beauitful views from balcony. Highly recommend."

"Super clean and friendly. A lot of Germans so as a Brit we were in the minority. Walls are thin between rooms so you can hear next door but that wasn’t an issue. Would stay again perfect "

"Kids party here and then come back to their rooms at 5am. Walls are super thin so you can hear them puking. We stayed one night paid for 4 days they wouldn’t refund me for the nights we didn’t stay. "Cannot fault the location of this hotel. Central to everything zndcrvrnbthe bus to Palms is available outside the main hotel. Service and public rooms fine and food outstanding. Only issue is bedrooms are looking very tired. Needs a re furb but beds were very comfy. "
