"Great location for sightseeing on foot or bike. About 20 mins walk from most attractions. Clean, tidy, small but comfortable top floor room with a small balcony that had the sun all afternoon and evening. Large en-suite shower room with towels, shower gel, toothbrush and paste provided. "Loved the place....going back next year, Totally different and unique. Amazing historic house stuffed with weird things and antiques. Staff were fab . Bed was comfy, slept well. I seemed to be the only person using roof terrace which was a bonus....it is hard to find staircase for it if you don't ..."…"

    The air conditioning never made the room cold. Cool at best, even flat out running for two days. Made sleeping at night uncomfortable. The arrangement of the bath/shower is tight. There is only a small gap between the toilet and sink and the step into the bath. If its slippery then standby for kicking one or the other. Would it not be too hard in today's electronic age to have an English speaking channel on TV? There are some but the transmission is poor. Rock FM radio for entertainment is all I got.…

    Es Princep has certainly one of the best roof terraces with ample sunbeds, a bar and a restaurant, facilities that are not often found elsewhere in Palma. Rooms were neatly spaced, well designed and considering that we had a standard room, more than satisfactory. Don't expect a view though in one of these rooms. But if you've stayed in Old Town Palma before, you'll be used to looking out on to a narrow street. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough to please. Return back to the hotel from a walk or anything and you're greeted with water. My only disappointment was the gym. A larger space with more equipment please. I've stayed many times in Old Town Palma at Palau Sa Font, Puro (many times), Bo (many times) and Can Alamar. Would I go back to Es Princep? Even though it's a slightly longer walk to shops and restaurants, it's a definite YES!…
