Amazing hotel and fully recommend - rooms are great, breakfast on the terrace was lovely, staff are very friendly, great pool/spa, plus they have electric bikes you can rent to explore Mallorca too!

The property is beautiful. Room was spacious by any standards. The staff are very friendly and professional. I didn’t have the opportunity to try the restaurant for dinner, but the hotel breakfast was delicious. Quaint neighborhood off the marina.

I loved every minute of my stay here. It’s away from the crowds of Palma and the facilities are excellent - from the gorgeous room with beautiful details, to the clean and well equipped gym, the hammam and cold plunge, rooftop pool and lovely terrace. Flawless. 100 per cent will recommend to friends and I’ll be back next time I’m in Palma.

Our stay at this hotel in Mallorca was absolutely wonderful. The property was beautiful, spotless, and in a perfect location. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the front desk team, who made our stay even more enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From great local recommendations to making sure everything went smoothly, their exceptional customer service truly stood out. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. From the moment we landed, Carlos at Hotel Terreno, exceeded our expectations. He is the example of what Hospitality and courtesy should reflect. They are lucky to have him! This property is exceptional, offering a very unique and welcoming environment. Breakfast on the outdoor patio was sensational. The rooms are well appointed, and the motorized/folding balcony window was pretty freaking cool! We did not have time to use spa, but our in-room shower felt like a spa all on its own. The dual showerheads and the shower products smell divine! Wish I had some to bring home with me. Location is exactly where you want to be. Easy street parking and taxis hailed right outside the reception area. You do not need a car while you are staying in this area. Hotel Terreno is perfect for business, weddings, solo or romantic. This property thought of every little detail! Due to our last-minute booking, we were not able to stay for the duration of our trip, however, the two nights spent there will have us return again, next year!

A small boutique hotel in a central location, though easy to miss. We arrived late and had forgotten to request twin beds, but the staff showed little flexibility in helping us, not even offering separate blankets. The room was extremely small, with barely enough space for our luggage. The spa was okay, and the on-site coffee shop was beautiful and a real highlight. The front desk, however, should be separate from the bar counter. Overall, suitable for a short city stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a holiday or relaxing vacation.

The location is good, close to bus lines to the centre of the city. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the place is impeccable. However, not all amenities are as advertised, as the Hotel is not completely finished. The pool, the cafeteria and gym etc. are still under construction.

Terrible customer service at reception. We arrived from 24 hours of travelling at 1am. They refused to give us a room because it was booked under a different company. I showed them my booking through Expedia with full payment at least they could have done is let us have the room and then sort it out in the morning. 1hr later, speaking with Expedia customer service until 2am they gave us the room. Advice to reception just be a human.
