Room was kept immaculate. Cleaning staff were so friendly also! Clean towels and bed linen every day! The whole hotel was so clean. The food was lovely, massive selection and all really fresh and tasty. Good selection of drinks. Couldn’t really fault much at all. We had a lovely stay.

The breakfast menu was wide-ranging and very tasty. Staff were superb and very helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were lovely. The pool was well-looked after and cleaned thoroughly.

Stayed in room 237 with my son. arrived late at night and the room temp was 30 degrees. It was pretty unbearable. They sent up a maintenance guy but he said it was fine and will cool down. At 4am went down and they gave me a fan and the next day I looked in the other rooms as the cleaning ladies were there and they were set at 22degrees so I insisted on changing rooms. Went up to room 739 and had excellent view and corner. Balcony. Room wa cleaned every day. Shame there was no free water available and a kettle. Everything there you pay for they don’t miss a trick. Location I thought was poor. It’s not walking distance in the heat.palma nova beach was ok but there’s nicer beaches and I would recommend hiring a car

Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel, stayed B&B and the choice for breakfast was amazing, menu at pool bar very reasonable and tasty too! Theres a bus stop right by the hotel & only 2 euros into Palma and there's a free shuttle bus to Palma Nova as well! It is located up a big hill with lots of steps which I didn't mind but those less mobile would struggle..the same if you had pushchairs.

just had a fantastic 4 night stay here, with the all-inclusive package. The food was excellent, and we never had to queue too long to get drinks. The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower.

We loved this hotel and gave it 5 stars as the food was excellent, lovely cocktails, and best of all was the large pool and spacious grounds. There was an abundance of sunbeds in sun and shady areas and you could always find some at any time of the day. No sun bed wars early in the morning as no towels on beds before 9am was a massive bonus. We went all inclusive but the drinks and lunches at the pool bar were reasonable if we had booked a different board basis. The rooms were cleaned daily and everywhere was spotlessly clean apart from the toilets (could have done without more attention). The free shuttle bus to Palma Nova was great. Its a much nicer beach and you can get boat trips, mini golf there plus lots of shops/bars/restaurants. A later bus coming back would have been appreciated as it stops at 6:45pm, last bus back. The entertainment crew work hard to get everyone doing activities, we loved the aqua in the pool. Special mention to Sebastian (our favourite barman), Danger (favourite restaurant staff) and all the cooks who got gluten free cakes/rolls for me daily. We loved this hotel but it would have been even better with a pool table and maybe a disco one evening. There is a huge entertainment room which could be better utilised and the indoor bar could have longer opening hours for those wanting to escape the sun and cool off inside. We also missed having an a la carte restaurant but to be fair, the food was very good in the buffet.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is helpful. I was in a single room which has a tiny shower I barely could fit in but other than that all good! Its a 4 stars hotel but don't expect a water bottle or coffee maker in the room.
