Very good hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, big selection and excellent coffee. Definitely close to the German party places but I knew that and thats why I booked here. Very close to the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice hotel with hot tubs.

Nice, clean little rooms, ours had a hot tub on the balcony which was the highlight of our stay. Breakfast is nice also. Beach is 5 minutes walk.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with tasty bread, fresh fruit and a good array of cheese, ham, local cooked meats such as sausages and bacon and fruit juices. Very good value.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Every member of staff was helpful. The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location. As our flight was late at night we were told that we would be able to leave our bags and even told us they had shower facilities we could use. This has been my favourite hotel we've stayed in in Palma!

Arenal is very much a German-centric area of Majorca and this property reflects that with mostly German guests and the staff seemingly speaking English second or probably third. It's close to what is an exceptionally nice beach considering it's about a 15 min drive to the airport, but probably not worth more than two nights, either. Overall it's typical of most reasonably priced Majorca hotels - comfortable and fairly modern but also a bit hostel-ish. Clean. Don't expect a romantic view. Excellent, better-than-expected breakfast.

Good hotel

A very good hotel with a fantastic location close to the beach and all restaurants. Good air conditioning and cleaning and also a large breakfast buffet. The standard of the hotel is very good in relation to the room rate.

Wir hatten das Premiumzimmer gebucht mit eigenem Whirlpool. Die Terrasse war groß, kein Wäscheständer für die Badesachen, Handtücher für den Whirlpool Fehlanzeige. Das Zimmer sehr sehr klein, es verfügt über keinen Schrank. Das Badezimmer verfügt nicht mal über ein Standard Waschbecken … keinerlei Ablage Möglichkeiten für Kosmetik. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt echt schwierig. Man hat auf dem Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine, jedoch gibt es nur zur Anreise 2 Kaffeekapseln. ( sehr kleinlich) Das Frühstück war im Keller, aber die Auswahl war in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr nah zum Meer, das war toll für unser Frühschwimmen. Generell aber ist das Umfeld nicht so nice.

Das Zimmer war für eine Nacht okay. Leider war es nicht sauber. Haare im Waschbecken, schmutziger Spiegel, dreckiges Kopfkissen und Ränder von Getränkedosen auf dem Nachttisch. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut funktioniert und es war sehr warm. Frühstück bis 10 ist viel zu kurz, demnach haben wir das verpasst. Positiv war, dass das Personal nett und freundlich war.

Perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer war schön. Auch der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon lud zum entspannen ein . Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit einer tollen Auswahl und frischen Obst. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Bedienung an der Bar – Klaudia hat einen fantastischen Job gemacht: freundlich, aufmerksam und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man hat sich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Insgesamt war alles sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
